Sydney is an associate in the Trademark Practice Group. Her practice focuses on advising clients on trademark clearance, registration, and disputes.

Sydney is a graduate from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she obtained the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Certificate with honors. During law school, Sydney participated in the Intellectual Property Europe Externship Program where she worked as a Legal Extern in Alicante, Spain and represented clients through the Internet & Intellectual Property Justice Clinic. Sydney also served as the President of the Intellectual Property & Cyber Law Association.
