K. Brian Bathurst is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Bathurst's experience includes patent and trademark prosecution, litigation and licensing.

Mr. Bathurst has extensive experience in several technological areas including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, hardware, software and e-commerce. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Bathurst held positions of increasing responsibility in the biochemical manufacturing, clinical research and strategic operations groups for Genentech, Inc. Having worked on the product development and market launches of Activase®, Nutropin®, Pulmozyme®, Actimmune® and Herceptin®, Mr. Bathurst's biopharmaceutical clients benefit from his industry experience.
